Council of Community Services-- Virginia 211 Data Coding, Cleaning, and Mapping
Project looking at the Virginia 211 intake data. Project featured at the Undergraduate Research Showcase at NURVa and in multiple paper and poster presentations both at Radford and at external venues like SSSA and RSS.
Rural Virginia Access Project
Project in Buchanan County. This research also includes collaboration with Feeding Southwest Virginia. Fieldwork Starting Summer 2026.
Experience with National Center for Frontier Communities
Students work on a number of projects for NCFC including database creation, transcription, map making, and grant work.
Radford Housing Project
Mixed-mode project conducted annually by my lab and in my methods series courses. We conduct a survey about housing choices each Spring when students learn about housing decisions at Radford and interviews each fall to follow up on experiences during the academic year.
Nourish Student Food Pantry Program Assessment
Working with student founders to conduct analysis of student need and drivers of student hunger at Radford.
